Working terms

A project starts after its scope, schedule, and fee are clear to both sides in a written proposal.

From request to project

Submitting a form is not a confirmed order or a promise to take on the work. The proposal records deliverables, scope, timeline, fee, and payment method. Work starts after both the client and Warrior confirm those details in the site conversation.

Delays in receiving required content or feedback may affect the schedule.

Revisions and handover

The proposal states the included review rounds and handover details. Requests outside the agreed scope may require separate time or fees, which are discussed before the extra work begins. Clients are responsible for having permission to use materials they provide.

Payment and cancellation

Online checkout is not currently available. After agreement, the amount and card-transfer instructions are shown in the account's proposal and payment section. Check the recipient and amount before transferring, and ask in the project conversation if anything is unclear.

The administrator updates payment status manually. The site does not collect bank receipts or verify transactions automatically. Never share card passwords, CVV2, or one-time codes.

Examples and legal review

The current portfolio examples are fictional concepts, not client endorsements or completed client projects. This page is an operational draft and should be reviewed against the business details and applicable law before being treated as final legal terms.
