This page describes information handled when you create an account, submit a project request, or use the on-site conversation.
Information stored
An account stores your email address and a hashed password; the password itself is not stored as plain text. Project requests can include your name, project type, and the details you submit. Conversation messages are retained so the site can show replies.
The site uses a secure session cookie. Hashed identifiers may be used to limit repeated requests.
Use and hosting
Information is used to operate accounts, review design requests, reply to messages, and protect the service. The site runs on Cloudflare Pages and account and conversation data are stored in Cloudflare D1.
Account and conversation information is not sold for advertising. Access to requests and messages is limited to the site administrator.
Payments and financial details
The site has no online checkout or form for collecting a customer's card details. The agreed project amount, transfer instructions entered by the administrator, and manually maintained payment status are stored with the project and shown in the customer's account.
The site does not process or automatically verify transactions and does not collect bank receipts. Do not send card passwords, CVV2, one-time codes, or banking login details through forms or messages.
Access and deletion
You can permanently delete your account, requests, and messages from your account page by entering your account email and current password. Essential security records may be retained where operationally necessary.
Email verification is not enabled. Use an address you control. This privacy text should be completed with the business's actual contact and retention details and reviewed for applicable legal requirements.
